Evaluators
For procurement & IT teams
Security, sovereignty, accessibility & privacy — in one place
This page brings together what an IT, legal, finance or procurement team needs to evaluate TownSuite — how the platform is hosted and secured, where your data lives, our accessibility and privacy commitments, and exactly how to request the documents, references and pricing you need to complete an assessment or an RFP. Where a document is available on request, we say so plainly; we do not publish figures, certificate numbers or customer names we cannot stand behind.
Security & hosting
TownSuite is hosted on independently certified Canadian cloud infrastructure — Cirrus, Micrologic's cloud. The relevant SOC 2 Type II and ISO 27001, ISO 27017, ISO 27018 and ISO 9001 certifications are held by that underlying hosting infrastructure. To be clear about scope: these certifications attest to the hosting environment, not to a certification of the TownSuite applications themselves. We are happy to walk an evaluator through where that boundary sits and how our own controls layer on top of it.
A copy of the hosting SOC 2 report, and a completed security questionnaire (for example a CAIQ), is available to qualified evaluators under NDA on request — submit a request and we'll route it to the right team.

Data sovereignty
Two ideas often get blurred in procurement. Data residency is simply where data is physically stored. Operational sovereignty goes further: it means the data — and the operations that touch it — stay under Canadian jurisdiction and Canadian control, rather than being subject to foreign access regimes through a parent company or operator abroad. TownSuite is a 100% Canadian-owned company hosting on Canadian infrastructure, which is what lets us speak to operational sovereignty and not just residency. For the fuller explanation, see our sovereignty section.
Accessibility
TownSuite is committed to accessibility in line with the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act (AODA) and the WCAG 2.2 Level AA guidelines. Our accessibility statement describes our approach and how to report a barrier. Accessibility conformance documentation is available to procurement teams on request.
Privacy & data handling
TownSuite operates under Canadian jurisdiction and handles personal information in accordance with the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA). Our Privacy Policy sets out how data is collected, used and protected for both website visitors and registered users of the Product. A current list of integrations and interfacing is available to customers and prospective customers on request.
