Cookie Policy

Last updated July 1, 2026

The short version: townsuite.com does not use cookies to track you, and it does not run any third-party analytics or advertising. There is no Google Analytics, no Tag Manager, no Meta pixel, no Hotjar, no Segment — nothing of that kind. Our fonts are self-hosted, so even loading a page does not call out to an external font service. This is a deliberately privacy-respecting marketing site.

Because we don't set tracking cookies, there is no cookie banner to click through. Instead, the few things the site needs to remember are kept in your own browser using localStorage and sessionStorage — small stores that live on your device, are not transmitted to us the way cookies are sent with every request, and are used only for the functions described below.

What we store, and why

Preferences (localStorage — kept until you clear it)

Chat session (sessionStorage — cleared when you close the tab)

Separately, when you send a message to "Ask TownSuite," it is processed by our TownSuite Intelligence service to generate a reply, and we keep a generic log of these conversations on our own servers for conversation context and for usage and token tracking. These logs are operational only — they are not used for advertising or to build a marketing profile about you, and they are not shared with third-party trackers.

311 request draft (localStorage — temporary, wiped on load)

Embedded third-party content

Two parts of the site load content from other companies, and those companies operate under their own policies:

Clearing this data

You're in full control. To remove what's stored, clear the site data for townsuite.com in your browser's privacy or site-settings menu (most browsers let you clear cookies and site data — including localStorage and sessionStorage — per site). Closing the tab already clears the chat session on its own.

Nothing here is required to read the site. If you clear this data, the site simply forgets those preferences: the theme resets to your system default, the chat window returns to its default size and starts a fresh conversation, and the demo viewer zoom resets. No content is lost.
