TownSuite Municipal Software Inc. This Privacy Policy applies to the use of our proprietary TownSuite Municipal Software; and all affiliated applications, add-ons and modules (collectively the “Product”) by you, any employees, representatives, agents or third-parties who are authorized by the Licensee under the End-User License Agreement to use the Product.

In order to use the Product, you will need to register for an account and sign in. When you register you may be asked for, including but not limited to, your full name and e-mail address, mailing address, and phone number. You may create a password for your account. The name and e-mail address you include on your profile may be viewable by other users of the Product.

When you use the Product, whether you are signed into your account or not, your IP address will be collected by trusted third parties for web traffic, reporting, analytics (e.g. session length, pages visited, network location), statistics, analysis, and other like purposes.
