How it connects
eBills & ePayments is the citizen-facing window onto the same receivables Financial maintains, so a bill shown online is the real account balance and a payment made online posts against it immediately. It works alongside Point of Sale for counter payments and reflects Recreation and Land Management charges on the same accounts, so however a resident chooses to pay, the books update once and stay accurate.
Built for Canadian municipalities
Online payments and resident records are handled under PIPEDA and Canadian payment practice, and the billing reflects the property-tax and utility account structures Canadian municipalities use. Like the rest of mERP®, it is built, supported and hosted under Canadian jurisdiction, so resident payment and account data stays sovereign.
