How to use it
- Type your question in the box. Plain language is fine — full sentences, fragments, either way. Press Enter to send. Or tap one of the suggested starters inside the chat to get going.
- Keep going with follow-ups. It remembers the conversation, so you can drill in: “what about for a town of 4,000?”, “how does that compare to what we do now?”, “show me the module that handles it.”
- Give it your context. Province, population, the department or process you care about, what you run today — the more specific you are, the sharper the answer.
- Ask for a demo whenever you’re ready. Say “book a demo” and it opens our booking form right there. Clear in the chat header starts a fresh conversation.

This demo exists for one purpose: learning about TownSuite. It answers from TownSuite’s public product knowledge only. Anything outside that scope is out of scope, and TownSuite Intelligence will abide by those rules rather than improvise. The full version answers from your municipality’s connected records.

The full TownSuite Intelligence
What you’re talking to here is the public preview: it knows about TownSuite. The full TownSuite Intelligence is a contextually aware, role-based assistant — each user automatically gets the skills, projects and context their role needs — that runs on your municipality’s own data — focused on expanding the context to suit your needs, for TownSuite and beyond. That context is self-healing: it improves over time through feedback and updated information, whether that arrives by ingestion, MCP, or someone on your team simply correcting it. Everything below is documented in the knowledge base.
- Runs on your data, sovereign
Answers in plain language only from your municipality’s connected records. Runs in Canada on Canadian-controlled infrastructure, encrypted in transit and at rest with keys in Canada. Never used to train models; nothing sent to a foreign AI service.
- Role-based inference
It knows who it’s working with. A finance officer, a planner, a clerk and an IT lead each automatically get the skills, projects and context that fit their role — so the assistant already has the right procedures, files and domain knowledge in hand before they ask, rather than everyone working from the same generic prompt. Access follows roles, so people only see the context they’re entitled to.

Point it at a folder: it reads and changes files and runs commands — with approval prompts, allowed-command lists, and undo.

A shared workspace of instructions, files and skills every member gets automatically; add members by user id or by role. Files have version history showing who added each version; work the assistant saves is credited to the model alongside the person.

Saved instructions it follows whenever relevant — how you format minutes, what a report must satisfy. Personal or project-wide, with a plain-language trigger and an on/off switch.
- Memory
Remembers durable facts about you and how you work. Review, edit or delete anything in Settings → User Memory.
- Voice
Replies read aloud with a previewable voice picker, and dictation instead of typing.
- Generated files
Files appear in the reply that produced them, with Open and Save buttons.

Share a chat by link or download it. Reword a sent message and resend, keeping both versions.

- Context that heals itself
Its understanding of your municipality isn’t fixed at setup. Feedback on answers, freshly ingested or streamed data, and manual corrections by your team all update the shared context — so it gets more accurate the longer you use it.
